How We Operate
In addition to what was stated in our ‘About’ Section, it should be noted that we are a non-hierarchical coven.
We DO NOT have formal titles like high priest/priestess, seeker, student, or initiate, etc.
We DO NOT ascribe to any one particular spiritual framework or religion.
Our goal is to support each member’s personal spiritual and magical growth. In addition, we perform things like group ritual work, divination practice, etc
In order for the coven to work, we rely on members regular participation. So We DO expect all members to be serious about the community aspect of our coven. This includes showing up, engaging, contributing thoughts and performing any self-guided work. As well as communicating in advance when you are unavailable. We are a coven, but also a community, so if you aren’t interested in interacting with others, I would recommend another setting for practitioners. We currently stand at 7 members and will be capped at 10. As of today, we meet online once a week through our Discord server. Since we aim to remain relatively small in number, we will be organizing a few casual coven meetups (pubs, cafes, etc), before we begin meeting up in person for ritual work.
